Please find attached Subscription Renewal forms for 2015/2016. In previous year’s this has been achieved by means of a ‘Membership Renewal Weekend’ and it is hoped that this new system will prove a more efficient way of carrying out the evolution. It has the added attraction of minimising your own input and, whereas it is always nice to see you in the clubhouse, obviates the requirement for you to attend in person to make payment if you so choose.
For existing Members, there is no need to complete a Membership Form unless any personal details have changed. If you require an additional Membership Card for other family members, to allow them to purchase items over the bar at the Member rates, please complete a Non Playing Membership form ensuring that you reference the primary Member. New Members are required to complete the appropriate Membership Form in full.
The Board felt strongly that this is a period of significant transition in the Club’s history and that whilst the overall product is certainly improving, it does not, at this early juncture, merit even a modest increase in the rates levied last year, so there are no changes to the amounts levelled per category to those charged previously. The only significant change is the introduction of a new rate of ‘Vice President Playing’ to accommodate, fairly, those ‘elder’ members who wish to take part in what may be an occasional game for the Veterans Section.
Methods of Payment:
Note – if you choose to e-transfer, please ensure you that you input your Surname to allow us to match your payment to records held.
Please see the links below of the following forms:
These forms give you format options for populating your personal details if you need to update the Club with new details or are requesting an additional Membership Card.
It would be nice to complete the renewal process as quickly as possible so that we can all concentrate on the season ahead. To this end, I would ask that you give this your immediate attention, choose your desired method of and submit your payment accordingly. It is not unreasonable to assume that all players, of whatever age, will have paid their subscription prior to pulling on a Bulls shirt for their first fixture of the 2015/16 season.
Finally, the Chairman is in the process of compiling a pre-season Newsletter detailing all the many and varied positive changes that have taken place over the past few months.
Truly exciting times!
